PAIEMENT BY CARD

You can pay for your order on the KOK Maison website by credit card: CARTE BLEUE, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANCONTACT and most international credit cards.

The customer guarantees KOK DISTRIBUTION that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by them.

KOK DISTRIBUTION implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online. KOK DISTRIBUTION uses the PAYPLUG secure system to process transactions, which alone has the banking information provided on the site at the time of payment.

For even more security, you may be asked for 3D Secure validation. You will then need to follow your bank's instructions to validate the payment (password or security code). We have no control over this validation: if you are blocked at this stage, you should contact your bank.

PAYPAL

If you choose Paypal as your payment method, you will be redirected to your Paypal account, if you have one. Simply log in and confirm your payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, you will need to create one before you can pay and validate your order.

PAYMENT IN 3 OR 4 INSTALMENTS

You can opt to pay in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card with a minimum order of €100 and up to €3000.

Our service provider Oney manages the entire process: you will need to provide additional information to validate the loan. We have no control over validation or your data.

Charges apply for this type of payment and are visible on the payment page before you validate the choice of payment method.

CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER

If you choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer, you will receive the necessary information (bank details, cheque order and address to send the cheque to) after validating the payment.

Items ordered in this way are reserved for 15 days. If we have not received payment after this period, we will automatically cancel your order. Do not hesitate to contact us if you feel you cannot send payment in time.

The order is validated and dispatched once payment has been received, so the delivery time is logically a little longer.
