Why return a product ?
1) According to the L.121-20 article in the "Code de la consommation", the period of withdrawal is 14 days after the date of delivery.
In that case, you must pay return fees. We can give you the exact amount if you need.
We will reimburse you (price of the product lowered by the return fees if necessary) by check, bankwire, Paypal of by crediting the amount directly on the card used for order payment. It happens within 30 days after receiving the return request.
2) In case of default that does not allow you to use the product, it can be returned.
All products have a 2 years warranty for manufacturing error.
In that case, return fees and, if necessary, fees for the delivery of another product, will be paid by KOK DISTRIBUTION.
Attention : products that arrived broken because of shipping do not fall under the default right. You must check the parcel and content with the carrier when it is delivered and accept or refuse it with reservations.
How to return a product ?
1) Before you send anything back, please send an email to boutique@kokmaison.com with :
- The product you wish to return
- The reason of return
- The invoice and/or order number
- Your name
- Your address
- Your phone number
We will answer you with all information you need for the return.
2) The products must be returned fully packed and insured by the carrier company. These steps are necessary in case of damage or loss during the way back.
Small articles can be sent by the Postal service.
For bigger products, we can give you the contact details of the companies we work with, or we can organize the shipping back to us with them.
Attention : In case of withdrawal, we only accept products as they were sent to you : with all pieces, original packaging, documentation and all accessories. We do not accept incomplete, damaged or dirty products.

They must come with :
- The invoice
- Your names, surname, address and phone number.
3) As soon as we receive the product, we check that it comply with our return policy.
Once it is validated by our service, and depending on what was agreed before, we will exchange it for the same, or another product of our collection, or reimburse it.
