  • The products considered
  • Quantities required
  • If you need cushions with customer fabric.
  • The delivery address (the town or region may be enough) for transport costs.

To speed things up, you can also register directly on the site, and fill in a shopping basket with the products you want, the quantities you want, and the delivery address. We will study your request carefully.

The rattan, wicker and resin furniture we offer cannot be modified structurally, but we do offer a few customisation options:

  • All cushions (except upholstered cushions) are available with the customer fabric option. You can send us your fabrics or ask us to manage this part for you.
  • Some rattan and wicker items can be coloured to order. We offer a choice of standard colours but it is possible to work with your own colours (based on RAL or NCS).

We endeavour to keep sufficient stock to meet the needs of hotels and restaurants, but cannot guarantee that the desired items will be available at all times. Please contact us as far in advance of your project as possible so that we can anticipate your requirements.

Most KOK Maison models are designed for intensive use, but some products may be better suited to your needs than others. We can advise you on the best options.

If you need fire-resistant foam and fabric, please let us know when you make your request.

STOCKS

To check whether an item is in stock, the quickest way is to check online, on the dedicated item sheet, whether the words "out of stock" are displayed.

A few explanations about these documents:

The first column shows the quantities available in our warehouse, i.e. the items ready to be dispatched, or coloured for the products concerned.

The second column shows the stock available with us + the items shipped, i.e. what we are sure to receive in the following month (subject to validation by quality control).

If we have additional information to contribute, it is noted in the "comments" column.

Files are modified when there are major changes (out-of-stock products, arrival of out-of-stock products, etc.). For more precise or up-to-date information, please contact us directly.

CUSHIONS, COVERS AND CUSTOMER FABRIC

Standard cushions are made in Indonesia and delivered at the same time as our other products.

But we also work with a workshop in France. It is therefore possible to make them with your choice of fabric and possibly with flame-retardant foam. It is also possible to send covers only or foam only.

This involves a small additional cost (which you will find directly in our prices for the most frequent cases) and a lead time of around 3-4 weeks depending on the project.
